About this mod

Replaces the default campaign options window with one that has a lot more fine-grained control, lower and higher than base values, and additional options.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Custom Campaign Slider

Requires: BannerLib

Source Code Available HERE
Features:
  • Sliders instead of dropdowns with fixed options - Far more control over the experience you have.
  • Values higher and lower than the base game - Much more freedom to make the game as easy or as difficult as you like.
  • Additional Options Include: Player Experience, Troop Experience & Party Wages

Compatibility:

Replaces the following models...
  • DefaultDifficultyModel
  • DefaultCombatXpModel
  • DefaultGenericXpModel
  • DefaultPartyWageModel
  • StoryModeCombatXpModel
  • StoryModeGenericXpModel
  • StoryModePartyWageModel

Any mods that also replace these will either break, or cause this mod to break (depending on load order)

NOTE FOR ALL THOSE EXPERIENCING SAVES NOT LOADING:
Due to a bug in TaleWorld's save system, any mod that registers a custom type to store data with will immediately and permenantly tie that mod to that save, I have fixed this in v0.0.3 but if you have played the game with v0.0.2 at any stage, you must continue to do so. v0.0.2 will stay available on the downloads page for the time being to allow those of you with active saves to keep playing. I apologise for the inconvenience.

NOTE FOR ALL EXPERIENCING CRASHES:
Step 1:

Ensure you have BannerLib installed, if that's not installed then none of the following
fixes will help, this step alone might be enough to fix your issue.
https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/131

Step 2:

Ensure all the DLL's are unblocked in both
- (BannerlordInstallLocation)/Modules/BannerLib/bin/Win64_Shipping_Client/
- (BannerlordInstallLocation)/Modules/CustomCampaignOptions/bin/Win64_Shipping_Client/
This can be done by right clicking on each DLL, going into properties and
check the 'Unblock' checkbox at the bottom of the General tab.

Step 3:
If you start "Bannerlord.exe" (/Steam/steamapps/common/Mount & Blade
II Bannerlord/bin/Win64_Shipping_Client/Bannerlord.exe) With these
parameters -
/singleplayer _MODULES_*Native*SandBoxCore*Sandbox*StoryMode*CustomBattle*BannerLib*CustomCampaignOptions*_MODULES_
Setting the parameters requires a shortcut for Bannerlord.exe, so right click
it and "Create Shortcut" then right click the shortcut, and in the
target box add the above to the end of what's already in there.
It should fix your issues, unfortunately the devs didn't see fit to let
people set their load order in the launcher which is causing a lot of
problems right now. Vortex or a 3rd party launcher at some point should
add load order selection which will prevent all these issues.
