It was made for a friend, but time already spent, so here share with anyone is interested.
This mod extend the length of couchable lances, make them able to hit the enemy before your horse bump into them when couched.
the following are modified:
these 2 are slightly buffed, could use them for early game
vlandia, Light Lance, 220
empire, Light Cavalry Lance, 214
these 4 are also equipped by faction heavy cavalry, reasonable boost
aserai, Mamluke Lance, 247
vlandia, Knight Lance, 255
sturgia, Druzhinnik Lance, 253
khuzait, Heavy Cavalry Lance, 250
recommend to use these with higher polearm skill, or thrusting will be slow

unzip, put into \Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\
knowing issues:
1.conflict with mod modify the same weapons
2.you will see the lance have 2 group stats, the second one is effective(solved)
