I wasn't happy with the various palette mods i could find...so i decided to make my own.
PLEASE BACKUP YOU ORIGINAL FILES.
The archive provided contains two .xml files:
Modules>Native>GUI>Prefabs>BannerEditor>BannerEditor.xml
Modules>Native>ModuleData>banner_icons.xml
REPLACE THE ORIGINAL FILES
eg. ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\...
BannerEditor.xml edits the size of the colour selection boxes.
banner_icons.xml edits the selection of colours.
You can always edit banner_icons.xml to create your own palette (eg. pastel versions), just search for "Banner Editor Colors" and edit the entries under it.
THIS WILL OBVIOUSLY CONFLICT WITH ANY MODS THAT EDIT THESE FILES
APART FROM THESE CASES: SAFE FOR INSTALLATION MID-WAY THROUGH A CAMPAIGN

Both xml's have been reworked from scratch in order to minimize any edits done to them.
I have set as mod requirements using BannerPaste and BannerColorPersistence.
Both are excellent mods and will allow you to create banners that look nice and stick with you when you join a kingdom without issues.
This will also save me troubleshooting any issues people have from using other mods that use the same functionality.

Modified the palette so it matches shades from the palette available here : https://bannerlord.party/banner/ - DONE (TBP Full)
[This should (?) eliminate any chances of errors due to hardcoded limitations related to palette colours]
Renamed mod to Tiny BannerPaste Palette...its not that tidy anymore, and the new title is more descriptive.

Added "TBP No Dupes" . the same palette as in "TBP Full" minus the duplicate colours.

Added "TBP FULL (TW)" . Now the main file follows the Taleworlds palette directly
fixed "TBP FULL (TW)" cause i can't multitask yet i insist on doing so...
Removed required mods...as they are not really required but recommended.
I will happily update the full version if TW changes any colours.
