    Very cool idea, would be cool if it was developed and thought in the most immersive way (rare) as we live a day by day experience (especially with Time Lord\Pacemaker mod) taken care with a team of developers to fit perfectly in calradia but especially in Europe too and other maps. However remaining a rare thing.

      If you look at the Permissions tab in the description the mod author does not allow 3rd party updates under any circumstances.

    Oh boy...why not updating this mod ? It's such a wonderful idea, so sad to let it die like this...

    the lords, and the hero can die from the disease?

      Not in the latest version. In initial versions, this was possible but turns out that Bannerlord balance wasn't ready for enforcing that reality so I removed it. There is a super low chance for NPCs to die because of sickness though
