This is a personal mod that dumps all the hardcoded values from the game into a config file which you can easily edit. It is essentially almost same as the config file provided in warband.

How to use
After installing the mod, just run the game and load a save. The mod will automatically dump all the perks and skills into the SkillChanger directory. 
The files are: Levels.ini, Perks.xml, Skills.ini, Smithing.ini.

You can tweak any of the files either while the game is running (You need to reload a save to apply the changes) or at any time after the files are generated. 
The file generation is automatic, and unless huge changes are introduced into the game, the mod should still work.

Do not change the content of the <fieldName> element in the xml. You are free to change any other value. The mod is using the fieldName to map it to the in game values.


Installation
Drag and drop the folder provided into the Modules\ directory located in your Bannerlord installation directory and enable the mod in the launcher.


File explanation

Levels.ini
This file allows you to define the amount of attribute points you get per level, the amount of focus points you get per level and the XP multiplier.

Perks.xml
This file allows you to define how each perk should behave. You can change the description, primary bonus, secondary bonus and the name. Do not change the fieldName

Skills.ini
This file defines the bonus you get for each skill based on its level.

Smithing.ini
This file defines the stamina cost of smiting and how many research points it is required to unlock new parts.
