This mod is outdated, a new one for release version is now here through this link. https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/4929?tab=description enjoy!
yeah he just wants more immersive dialogue (me too ^_^)... like this encyclopedia stuff if someone talks about it then that is like breaking the 4th wall if you are familiar with that term... whe a character in a movie talks to the audience that is breaking the 4th wall ;)
You only know the current location of the lord in the encyclopedia if you visit a settlement or a village, otherwise the info on where said Lord is is quickly outdated. I'm assuming you're automatically asking the Locals for the latest news, which makes a lot of sense. You wouldn't go around asking lords where other lords are, how the hell are THEY supposed to know.
Was this done via lordcoversation editing? I am just starting modding and I was looking through it. Was going to edit a few things but wanted to see if this was right. Thanks for the awesome mod!
I like we are getting stuff from warband back that was actually useful. I wish we actually had to ask people in order for our encyclopedia to get updated because I think technically the game just updates their locations every so often... I wish it never did unless you asked someone, is that possible to make?? I prefer finding people to be a little harder.
Also not sure if you can as I don't have any experience coding the gui and dialogues, but can you actually loop through the members of a kingdom and create a dialogue entry so you can ask about that specific person?? I liked how it was done in warband... I hate having to search around the encyclopedia. It's like the player carries around some all knowing magical book. I would rather actually have to meet people before I knew they existed.
ah that's cool, maybe one day when we all learn the framework some more... I still have no idea what is possible but throwing out ideas... you have some good mods

>Could you tell me where the nobles of the Kingdom are?
<I'll have my scribe write down their whereabouts for you.
The current texts sound like something a programmer would say. Maybe a native English speaker here can improve them further?
