    Regarding Beta-Branches:
    I dont use the Betas, so i cant & dont want support my Mods for the Beta-Branches.
    The Risk its unstable and i've to downgrade is too high for me. (Slow Connection)

      Dragonslayer !!! Playing the character as Gatts...with a sprint mod and heal mod....just missing the sword
      This is a massive sword that should not be blocked (crush through blocks) and should be able to cut though multiple enemies.
      ...But maybe is too big of a sword to be implemented right now...so maybe one of the precursor swords gatts used:

      Gatts always used a sword as tall as him, so maybe 190 length. It should be heavy, but although difficult to handle and slow in itself, gatts wield it very well and moved super fast, so that should be taken into acount for roleplay purposes. Maybe samething around these stats if possible:
      Weapon Stats: Weight: 5.0 Weapon tier: 6 Swing speed: 80 Swing damage: 200 Thrust speed: 84 Thrust damage: 150 Length: 190 Handling: 80

      It doesnt have the Stats you've requested, but i'll make a seperated Version later
      beside that, i dont think i can reach all of your Stats, because Weight & Scale is linked to Speed
      and a Weight over 2 with such a Scale & over even 50 Speed together
      is nearly impossible due to the linked & auto calculated Values

      Tried it now, even with 0.5 Weight its hard to reach these Stats, but i'm close to that
      I'll upload it as Optional File at the Dragon Slayer Mod

    Is there a way you can upload the speed 100 on the ones you made with the ricasso. Those look awesome. Any montante/spadone looking versions coming?

      sure thats no problem, but actually i dont even know if i release it, because i didnt found a solution to the missing pommel
      i tried to trick the game in several attempts to multiply the pieces, but it wasnt possible for me

    I sucessfully made the ricasso of zweihander to make the sword looks more like a real zweihander. Still have no idea how to make the parrying hooks though.

      hmm.. the parrying hooks.. i tried them aswell, but it need some extra love before i upload it

    Hi,

    The sword looks great! I was wondering if this is a custome 3D Model, or is it using an existing model from vanilla?

    If it is a custom 3D model, could you please explain or describe how you imported it into the game?

      I'm glad you like it!
      Its using existing (Vanilla-)Meshes out of different Categorys(One-Handed Swords/Two-Handed Swords) from the Game itself.
      The Scale of the pieces is also increased above the vanilla values.

    This sword is great for field battles but, take it right in front of an enemy or inside and is it just me having trouble hitting properly with full swings or hitting the top of doorways or hitting walls if too close with how long the sword is? Is it possible to have a version that is around 130 or even a one-handed sword with 115 length with similar stats for those who use shields during sieges?

      Sure, thats possible but this wouldnt fit to the real purpose of an Zweihander
      I tried to be historical accurate on this with the Length (up to 213 cm (84 in)) & the Weight aswell (2–3,2 kg (4.4–7,1 lb))
      same goes with the option to use it as one handed weapon, which it wasnt

      So.., i'm afraid I have to disappoint you but i wont change this, to not break the immersion & design of the Zweihander

    Thanks for your time in creating and sharing these mods.

    Sorry if you posted it somewhere already, but is it possible to add your weapons into the list of possible weapons available to buy in towns?
    I would like to acquire these weapons but I don't like the idea of cheesing them from the cheat menu.
    I want to earn it ;)

      I could try this, but i must admit my knowledge about the code is not that great
      the only value which comes into my mind to make this possible could be: is_merchandise="true">
      you're able to change & test this for yourself, when you look into the *\Modules\Zweihander\Zweihander.xml

      but keep in mind, it could be possible that you maybe cant deactivate cheats on this save anymore, didnt tested this yet
      this was the reason why i didnt tested/activated it as merchandise
      would be nice if you could write back if its working & if its working with or without cheats activated

    I have been having trouble trying to make my own weapon. So I grabbed yours and remained everything and kaboom. Its boarked!

      I discovered the most simple of issues.... I had change culture.empire to culture.Empire.
      The capital letter is what did it in!

      thanks for the info, this should help others aswell with such problems
      and yes, its very easy to break the mods just by one simple capital letter in the wrong spot as example

    Doesn't seem like all the stats are applying to it unfortunately. The handling was only 67, not 220 as in the config file.

      HI. So I noticed someone else was having a crash issue, and you told them to rename the "custom_weapon.xml" what do you change it too? And is there anything else that needs to be done? Thank you in advance!

      He was trying to create a Weapon by himself, his crash had nothing to do with the "Zweihander"-Mod here.

      The "custom_weapon.xml" must be renamed to the same corresponding ID like "Zweihander.xml"
      The ID is set in the SubModule.xml itself & is mentioned in every File, except the new_pieces.xml

      I recommend asking "piercegov", he probably has more knowledge than me about this & his template could help you aswell:

    Hi
    If I saved the game with this mod installed, and deactivate the mod after. The game can not load that saved filed. Is there a way to fix this.
    The idem is not in my inventory or on my character.

      Heyo!
      Sadly it seems, there's no way around this for now, at least I don't know it.
      I was testing around with the same Problem actually, because i tested another Weapon Mod & i didnt found any way yet.

      As soon as i know something new to fix this, i'll add this as Info in the Description!
      For now i'll add a Warning about this.
