Hi mate and thank you for your awsome work. But just want you to know that for the moment even with Bannerlib updated and the playerswitcher in the last version, the game still crash on startup.
(And yes i've unlocked all files and butterlib is loaded just after the core game)
butterlib is supposed to be loaded before the native modules, you should check the instructions on the mcm page. Butterlib is the 2nd mod in my load order.
just put BannerLib after the native modules. Any mod that uses BannerLib, needs to be loaded after BannerLib. So it needs to be below BannerLib in the launcher. The position of ButterLib in the load order does not affect this mod in anyway and not something you need to consider. Here is where I put it (you can see Butterlib is where the Butterlib author instructs you to put it.):
hello i've just figured out how to run the mods eagle rising and player switch together but to do that i think i have to use the bannerlord game version 1.6.1 and that versions just looks terrible so i was wondering does bannerlib run on any more recent bannerlord game versions?

This is the mod list I am using.
Game starts if I disable Bannerlord and Crashes on start if enabled.
Game version e1.8.0
