Simple troop tree modification that makes the Kievan Rus inspired Sturgia more Nordic.

The native Sturgian troop tree feels very Slavic with only the high tier archers and berserkers offering viking style. Disclaimer: I didn't spend too much time on this, I was not even originally gonna post it.
Is the mod balanced? Probably not. But hey, now the Sturgian faction is more flexible and you can roleplay as a Slavic boyar or a Norse jarl!

Changes:
- Berserker is now upgraded from Sturgian Warrior Son.
Reason: Since berserkers were almost mythical elite warriors, I felt they should be a bit more rare and hard to get.

- Sturgian Soldier branches into Varyag or Spearman
- Spearman acts as the Slavic branch while Varyag is the Nordic branch.
- Spearman branches into Druzhinnik or Sturgian Veteran Warrior. 
- Varyag Branches into Veteran Varyag or Sturgian Shock Troop.

- Some troops have changed equipment
- Varyag and Veteran Varyag have viking helmets instead of the Slavic helmets they used to have. They also have a two handed axe now.
Reason: Varangian guard were known for fighting with dane axes. And I didn't like the original helmets.
- Sturgian Shock Troop has a cape and a different helmet. Also increased the stats that were previously on par with Sturgian Spearman.

Installation:
Go to Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\SandBoxCore\ModuleData and make a backup copy of "spnpccharacters" and then paste the "spnpccharacters" file from the mod there. Then just start a new campaign!
