Let's you customize the chance/intensity of rain and snow

A simple mod that let's you customize some of the weather related variables.
When looking at the weather code it seems rain is currently impossible, with this mod you can set the chance of it raining/snowing and the density of it or let it be random. You can also set the season or let it be random for every scene.
I would have included some other properties such as fog and wind but couldn't get it to work.
The mod uses Mod Configuration Manager (MCMv4 4.0.7).
The mod is completely safe to add/remove from saves at any time.
