DEPRECATED
Fixes some perks that don't do what they say they do. Mounted Archer, Bow Expert, Crossbow Cavalry, and Crossbow Expert don't actually do what they say they do, but this fixes them so that getting the perks actually allows you to use/reload the weapons the perks are supposed to apply to.

There are already mods that totally disables being unable to use certain ranged weapons on horseback, but I like having that ability locked behind a perk. This makes the perks actually work as described, so you can use any bow on any horse and reload any crossbow on horse when you have the correct perk(s). I'll try and upload the source ASAP but haven't yet. If there are any other perks related to bows/crossbows I've missed let me and/or if you have suggestions for other stuff to make mods for please let me know.
It seems like starting a new game isn't working with this mod. One user in the comments suggested starting the game without this mod and then turning it on after the game is already started as a work around. I'll try and fix it as soon as I have time later today.
