Update 1.0.1- Even more potential fix for tournament crashes.
This version may have issues, I've tried to iron out all the major ones that I've found in testing but I simply can't test every single situation. Please leave bug reports if you run into any issues or crashes with the WIP version!
If you have any issues or suggestions for features that aren't listed below shoot me a message, comment, or drop a bug report, I try to check them at least once a week. Messages and bug reports will be the quickest way to get my attention as posts here can be easily buried.
To configure the mod using Modlib, simply install the latest version of Modlib for your game version (as of this post it is Modlib version 1.3.4 for Bannerlord e1.3) and access the Mod Options menu on the main menu of the game to find the ExperienceMultiplier configuration page.
To configure the mod manually, navigate to your Bannerlord Modules folder, find the ExperienceMultiplier folder, go into bin/Win64... and open experiencemultiplier.xml with a text editor. Simply change the values within <tags>value</tags> to configure the game; there is documentation on what each option does inside the .xml.
Future plans and potential features: Allowing editing of values without restarting the game. Never ending maintenance and upkeep
GENERIC "BEFORE ASKING FOR HELP DO THESE TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS": 0. Make sure you're using the latest version of the mod UNLESS you're ABSOLUTELY certain another version is what you should be using instead. 1. Ctrl+F the existing comments to see whether someone else has had the same or similar issue. 2. Try to load the mod on it's own without any other mods even in the Modules folder. If it works now, check whether any of your existing mods are incompatible with this mod. 3. Verify the module folder has been properly installed by going to Bannerlord's Module folder and verifying this mod's folder is in fact there. 4. Check whether the included .dll's for the mod are unblocked. Typically these will be found in \Modules\[mod folder]\bin\Win64_Shipping_Client\ 5. Check whether the configuration file (if applicable) is present and whether it is properly formatted- an improperly formatted config file will cause a crash! 6. MANUALLY uninstall and reinstall the mod. 7. Uninstall the mod and verify the integrity of Bannerlord through Steam then reinstall the mod. 8. If all of these fail, post a bug outlining what the results were while going through these steps. This will GUARANTEE that I will see the issue. You may also want to post a comment outlining the issues as well as other people here may have insight as to fixes if I am slow to respond. If you post a comment or bug claiming the mod doesn't work and you HAVEN'T done these steps I cannot guarantee that I can provide support.
So this mod does not seem to work properly. It mentions MODLIB, but these are mods that morphed from it:
Harmony UIExtenderEx ButterLib Mod Configuration Menu
If you install it, the mod will appear, but it does not do any changes in calculations. I've loaded with and without it and all actions have the same effect.
I'm trying this mod now, as suggested by fellows: Kaoses Tweaks Updated It's being maintained.
bonsoir, super job mais serait il possible de passer à la version 1.6.4 svp pcq ce mode est vraiment trop bien. Au passage félicitation pour la ou les personne(s) qui travaillent dessus.
Hi, since its no longer maintained, i found alternative with even more things to tweak. It works 1.5.9. :) Hope it helps at least someone. https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/2911
Do you know how to get modlib and all the other compatible extentions with this to work? My game crashes every time I load a save or start a new game so I cant even use an exp mod.
Use this instead, found after an hour of searching for alternatives.. https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/2911 Hope it helps.. it does even more and works 1.5.9
Well you cant at the moment as its a different game version but if you read the authors description it tells you how to do it.
What I would suggest to people is make your own mod , Just do what the Modder did , Look at what file he used and do the same just rename the folder to what you want.
Just make back ups of your original files and your golden.
