This mod will allow you to grant your clan members/companions a configurable amount of XP each day, provided your clan leader is a certain amount of levels (configurable) ahead of them.

SUMMARY This mod will allow you to grant your clan members/companions a configurable amount of XP each day, provided your clan leader is a certain amount of levels (configurable) ahead of them. Your Governors will gain Steward/Leader/Charm XP daily, all configurable. As of 1.2.0, it also includes settings as to how much xp is required for leveling/perks, and also attribute points and focus point gain. As of 1.2.2, companions can also teach eachothers (and you!).
SETTINGS The settings file will be saved under ~Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Configs\MCsMentoringMod.xml On first run, the file will be created with default values.
PLANNED FEATURES Will move to one of the graphical settings menu's when the systems have matured sufficiently.
FEATURES (1.2.2) Allows configuration of a daily XP trickle to your clan members/companions if your main hero is more skilled. Optional setting to enable a minor XP gain for the main hero if he/she has been teaching. You can choose which skills are taught. (Separate options for Clan and Companions) Daily Xp gain for Governors when assigned to a settlement. (Steward, Leadership, charm and engineering) Focus points per Level Levels per Attribute point (vanilla = 4 levels per attribute) Companions can teach eachothers and you some new tricks!
