Fixes the bugged blank conversation screen when persuading lord to join player kingdom.

TW released a new hot fix patch for 1.4.2 that fixed this bug!
Puting it back UP per request. Unless u have some specific/unique reason to do so, do not use it.
Im not sure how will it behave in the current game version.
BugFix 1: Fixes the bugged blank conversation screen when persuading lord to join player kingdom.
BugFix 2: Clicking the NPC name will not longer redirect to Player Character encyclopedia page.
Please report any issues and backup ur save and originall .dll file !!!
To instal simply replace the TaleWorlds.CampaignSystem.dll file.
