Adds a New Character: A Younger Sister for the Player

Greetings Warriors!
This is a small, simple mod adding a younger sister for the player. Her name is Mina.
She is an Imperial, has relatively high stats overall, and starts with basic Imperial equipment. She is balanced with a high party wage.
She works like any family member, so you can bring her into your party, have her lead her own party, marry her off, etc.
Location: Find her in town keeps, typically she spawns in Epicrotea, though she can move to other locations like any other character.

Installation:
- Extract the file into 'modules' folder (or use Vortex)
- Profit
(Note: requires a new save in order for her to spawn)
