About this mod

Changes the imperial recruits (50% or 100%) into a new Unit Tree. These units can only be played by the player, all other NPCs still have the normal imperial recruits.

This is my first mod and it uses ATC - Adonnay's Troop Changer which you will need for this mod to work.

This mod changes the imperial recruits (50% or 100%) into a new Unit Tree. These units can only be played by the player and his clan, all other NPCs still have the normal imperial recruits. They are a little bit OP but very specialized and are balanced around the noble troops mod which includes higher tier units.

I will provide this mod with a 100% imperial recruit to deathsworn recruit conversion and with a 50% conversion. If you want a different percentage you are free to adjust the percentage in the xml files yourself.

Installation:
  • Requires ATC - Adonnay's Troop Changer to function properly
  • Drop this mod into your Mount & Blade II Bannerlord > Modules and put it unter ATC in the modlauncher menu
  • Download ATC.modconfig.XML corresponding to the Percentage you want to play, drop it into AdonnaysTroopChanger/Config.
  • Dont modscan ingame, if you have it enabled already, disable it and restart the game.
  • Load a save and the troops will spawn in Imperial settlements


Unit description (low tier units not included):
All archers except for the sniper line use Bows & Arrows with "Cut" Damage. I found piercing arrows from the native game to be too op and i wanted one of the archer upgrade paths to be good against low armor targets anyway. Don't underestimate them though, they are specialized in what they do.

Master Archer:
Weapons: Twohanded Sword, Bow (cut), arrows (cut)
Description: Has a bow which can shoot 3 arrows in quick succession, they let arrows rain down on your enemies. Good against low armor targets, bad against high armor targets

Elite Master Archer:
Weaspons: No close combat weapon, Bow (cut), arrows (cut)
Description: Same as Master Archer but highly specialized. You need to protect them from enemies or they are useless. He has a bow which can shoot 9 arrows in quick successsion. They only use arrows but they need three quivers or they would have no arrows left before the enemies even got half way to them.

Hunn:
Weaspons: Bow (cut), Shield, Spear, Arrow (cut), Horse
Description: Horsearchers that specialize in taking down lower tier troops but are able to function as light cav with their spear in case they face an armored unit.

Sniper:
Weaspons: Twohanded Sword, Bow (Blunt), arrows (Blunt)
Description: These archers are more focused on taking out higher priority targets, they have slower attackspeed but are better against higher armor targets.

Ballista Sniper:
Weaspons: No close combat weapon, Bow (Pierce), arrows (Pierce)
Description: These archers pack a punch but are very slow. They need to be positioned carefully but then they bring horror to the enemy. As the name suggests they shoot arrows which are like Ballista arrows. They pierce through enemies and can hit multiple targets if they stand in a line. They break through shields and the piercing damage makes them good against any enemy. They have a very slow attack speed and a quiver only holds 5 arrows. They need to be protected but if they are then these archers are scary.

Sharphooter:
Weaspons: Crossbow (Pierce), Shield, Sword, Bolt (Pierce)
Description: A well rounded unit that exceeds at nothing but is good at everything. The crossbow has 3 Bolts which it can shoot in quick succession without reloading.

Elite Sharpshooter:
Weaspons: Crossbow (Pierce), Shield, Sword, Bolt (Pierce)
Description: Same thing, well rounded unit. The crossbow has 5 Bolts which it can shoot in quick succession without reloading.

Primus:
Weaspons: Crossbow (Pierce), Shield, Sword, Bolt (Pierce)
Description: The same as the sharpshooter just with a horse.

Elite Primus:
Weaspons: Crossbow (Pierce), Shield, Sword, Bolt (Pierce)
Description: The same as the elite sharpshooter just with  a horse.

Shocktrooper:
Weaspons: Pike, javelins x 3
Description: Great defenders for your ranged units against enemy cav.

Elite Shocktrooper:
Same as Shocktrooper but with better equipment

honor Shocktrooper:
Same as elite Shocktrooper but with better equipment

Berserker:
Weaspons: Twohanded Weapon (Hammer, Hammer, Axe, Scythe or Sword)
Description: These Berserkers pack a punch, their weapons are huge and a versitile with cut, pierce and blunt damage. Their throwing axes take out low level units in one hit so the Berserkers can use their Twohanded weapons to hack the stronger enemy units to pieces.

Honor Berserker:
Weaspons: Twohanded Weapon (Hammer, Hammer, Axe, Scythe or Sword)
Description: same as Berserkers but with better armor and better stats.

Praetorian:
Weaspons: Shield, short spear, javelin, sword
Description: Well rounded shield infantry. If you need someone to hold the line in a shieldwall these are your guys.

Praetorian:

Weaspons: Shield, short spear, javelin, sword
Description: Same as Preatorian but better equipment.

Knight:
Weaspons: Shield, spear, 1h mace, horse
Description: Strong cavallry with a huge charge bonus.

Honor Knight:
Weaspons: Shield, spear, 1h mace, horse
Description: Same as Knight but with better equipment and stats.

This is a work in progress and i haven't tested enough to know how op these units actually are... Please leave concrete feedback, i will update the mod accordingly but wont remove any units (so its still save game compatible).
