Bronze is an alloy of copper and tin. It is much softer than iron.

According to Smithells Metals reference book 8th edition:

      Bronze - Average hardness: 159

Wrought Iron - Average hardness: 55

High carbon steel - Average hardness: 268

Furthermore gunmetal is a very similiar alloy to bronze, as iron is too brittle make cannons from that..

It should, they might have mistakingly written iron instead of steel though.

As far as I can tell Bannerlord is set, among other things, when the factions are still figuring out the riddle of steel. That's why over half the smithing materials and many of the weapons are iron.

Sorry, I just can't find this shield in game. Looked everywhere, enabled cheats to look at the inventory and nothing. I'm playing 1.4.0 stable version. Any chance It was added at the 1.4.1 beta?

That's precisely it. You will not find this shield in the 1.4.0 stable game. It came in the 1.4.1 beta.

Hello, do you know the way how to change shield model size?

Unfortunately not atm. All I did for this mod was swap the meshes around, I haven't dared to do anything more than that.

I don't even know if increasing the shield size is possible with XML alone. If it is, I would love to make shields a little bigger. Apart from the targes, I feel the highland large shields aren't large enough. A bit more width and I think they would be better. Then I'd make a Highland 'Great' Shield or something.
