Initial creation with exp unification.
Currently it extracts the passive exp generation methods from the various DailyTick() functions and unifies them. In addition it adds some extensions for things I'm working on.
If you're a mod developer looking to make your mod more compatible with others you probably don't want to use this yet, I'm still working on the early stages and is likely to be very unstable. Feel free to let me know if you're interested and I'll make stabilizing this more of a priority.
