REQUIRES: Custom Troop Upgrade And Replacer Mod

Over 230 units reviewed, fixed and improved

Over 70 new units, fully integrated with vanilla

No obsolete units, no upgrade dead ends, no OP units

Triple focus on player choice, balance and visuals

A complete overhaul of the six major factions, sixteen minor factions, mercenaries, caravan and bandit units, fixes several problems and inconsistencies with gear and skills from vanilla and adds new units for each faction. The mod features are:

Standardization of troop trees, every faction now has 6 Tier V commoner options and 2 Tier VI noble options, some units have received slight boosts in skill, the overall skill boost added to all factions is the same as to keep them balanced. Minor factions go up to Tier VI, but their units are inferior to faction nobles.

Most Tier I and Tier II troops were given shields unless they are ranged units, with very few exceptions

Villagers (Peasants)  can be upgraded into Recruits or Adventurers

Adventurers upgrade into either caravan guards or minor faction units

Militia can be converted into commoner units or Mercs

Bandits no longer upgrade into noble units with the disciplinarian perk, they instead upgrade into Mercs

Merc troop tree overhaul, added many more options and merc units upgrade up to Tier VI, but for balance reasons their Tier VI form is not as powerful as noble units, they instead have skills capped at 160 and gear similar to commoner Tier V units, allowing for mercs to be a slightly more powerful option to Tier V commoner units, but more expensive due to their tier.

Names of several units changed to form a convention, it is now much easier to guess the tier and equipment of an unit by their name.

This mod should not be compatible with other troop changer mods, but should be compatible with everything else.

Known Issues (These will probably happen in any other mod that uses the same method for unit replacement)

Double Unit Entry in the Encyclopedia: due to the way the mod works a duplicate of each unit exists in the encyclopedia, right now there is no way to fix this, this should not impact gameplay.
Removing this mod and loading a save that had it on crashes the game: Since this mod adds new units, the game will crash if the mod is removed, as it looks for the ID of units that no longer exist due to the mod removal.
