For Those Experiencing Crashes: Ensure all the DLL's are unblocked in both - (BannerlordInstallLocation)/Modules/BannerLib/bin/Win64_Shipping_Client/ This can be done by right clicking on each DLL, going into properties and check the 'Unblock' checkbox at the bottom of the General tab.
Some parts may work, but It hasn't been updated since April, so it's pretty much dead. Last supported version was 1.3.something. You shouldn't use mods depending on BannerLib (or on any dead 3rd party library for that matter).
Is this mod dead? Will anyone please update it to bring it current with 1.5.8 and 1.5.9 as this is needed for one of my favorite mods the Fluid Combat MOD.
Also you need to load it before native module(or you get load critical error) so you need to manually change SubModule.xml DependedModules to these (it'll become movable above the native):
I can't move Bannerlib over the Native modules... why? edit: the native launcher seemed fixed with the main 1.5.4... I installed many mods, moved them everywhere without any problem, with only this exeption. So I have installed Fixed Launcher and everthing gone ok. Hope it will be kept updated... specially the native... edit2: Fixed Launcher is not compatible with Harmony (which is essential for many mods)...
yup I got the same issues & try to avoid using Fixed Launcher mod at this moment because of 2 reason:
1. As your mention it not compatible with Harmony Mod. 2. When I read at the "Fixed Launcher Mod" at the "Post" for latest info, got few ppl mention its disturb the load order for main core mod & that will crash the games later especially for 1.5.4 version above.

And bunnerLib needs fix from here (overwrite) for 1.5.9
