Fix an issue introduced with 0.5.3b, quarter master not managing food anymore.

Put this file in your Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Configs\ModSettings\UsefulCompanions\config.xml if it's empty.
This should allows you to configure UsefulCompanions if your system is blocking the mod's right to write files.
