Lots of new stuff in this update.

High Elven assets have been purchased to enhance the feel and vibe of the elven faction. Yes, these are themed on Warhammer, but I have added some twists of my own :).
I had to rush the mod out as 1.5.4 broke it previously, if there is anything odd please do let me know.

    If you downloaded 1.6.5 - Please upgrade to 1.6.6. A large bug has been fixed.
