I was uploaded this simple mod on Steam Workshop before (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=838756121), but it's complicated to install on Steam, and someone told me I should upload here on Nexusmod. so here I am :)
There's only one female faction tree in Viking Conquest, the Peasant Woman tree, and the troops is kinda sucks. So I changed it a little bit, added a new faction tree: Shieldmaiden.
The new Shieldmaiden troops are based on Norse infantry troops, it won't break the game's balance too much. What's more the Peasant Woman are not easy to recruit, so it will be difficult to form an army.
Distinguish to the original Norse troops, Shieldmaiden's strength are lower than male, but the agility are higher.
Changes:
-"Camp Defender" now using crossbow instead of bow. added more clothes.
-added Shieldmaiden faction tree.

Install:
put the troops.txt to your MountBlade Warband\Modules\Viking Conquest\ folder.
Note:
Need start a new game to see the full functions. old save might be influenced if you install and then uninstall the mod.

维京征服中的女性兵种树只有一条，而且顶级兵种非常脆弱；所以我做了一点修改，添加了一条全新的兵种线：盾女 (Shieldmaiden)，希望大家喜欢。
新兵种以诺尔斯阵营为蓝本修改，不会出现过于不平衡的局面，而且由于只能通过农妇升级（其实是我不会改可以招募），想要组建一支盾女大军还是比较有难度的。
为了和原诺尔斯阵营区分，盾女线士兵现在比同级别男性诺尔斯士兵的力量弱，但耐力增强了一些。
修改：
-农妇兵种树顶级兵“营地守卫”的弓箭换为弩，更换了新的服装；
-新增“盾女”兵种树，以诺尔斯阵营的步兵线为基础制作，削减了力量，增加了耐力；
-修改了一条中文翻译，将第二个“随营妇女”改为“随军妇女”，以示区分；
