What I'm planing to do in next version:
We are taking refugee's and others to our party from outskirts and taking them to village. Village populating increasing. Our income increasing too. Building soldier training camps and starting train soldiers from village population. When mounted soldiers training, your horse farm income decreassing. When we started to build a new building, It will be finished 2 or 3 days later. If the new version of m&b will let me, I will do horse races too.
