This is a framework for modders to add item powers and item sets without scripting.
Features:
- Define powers and effects (currently only affects skills)
- Assign powers to Items (an Item can have multiple powers)
- Define Item Sets (Support for multiple combinations which different Power(s), does not clash with item-power)
- XGM autogenerates skill modifier scripts + item extra text
- Includes a demo modlet which demonstrates how to integrate this with your mods
- Should be compatible with most existing mods (via ModMerger) (unless the scripts get_troop_skill_modifier and get_item_extra_text are too heavily modified)

Build under Warband module system 1127, but should work or other nearby versions and quite possibly for Vanilla as well.
