I would have included them in the large file but one: People likely hate having to download ALL of them again just to get the update and Two: they kept breaking when I stuck them all together.
Modders are free to use them and there is a manual install guide I typed up to go with them if a player who's not a modder would like to use the chargers.
I don't use them myself, but have fun. XD
PS let me know on a comment here or PM me on the taleworlds forums if something breaks ( RookieR. ) I tested them though, so you should be fine.
