This was the largest battle I have ever had since playing M&B Warband (Floris mod). Because I spent alot of time fighting and giving orders, I couldn\'t take many action filled screenshots. Sorry. If you want me to upload a few other shots I have of the battle, let me know in the comments section.
With 2 castles, left, the Rhodoks agreed to peace providing they turned Grunwalder Castle over to the Calradian Empire. The peace was short lived. While the remaining Rhodok Lords gathered for a feast at their last strongold Ibdeles Castle, Solomon Krulother II, ruler (and marshal) of the Calradian Empire gathered his lords and men and marched to the castle hoping to catch all the lords at once.
One of the Rhodok Lords having just left the feast was attacked and defeated by the Rhodoks and escaping capture he returned to Ibdeles Castle. The remaining Rhodok Lords and the King gathered together to attack defend their only home and marched to meet the armies of the Carladian Empire.
The ensuing battle was fierce. The Rhodoks threw everything they had at Solomon\' Krulother II. The Calradian troops took control of a crucial hill and rained arrows upon their enemies as their infantry and cavalry engaged in thick combat. The Rhodoks could not withstand but in the end their inferior troops fell to the onslaught of the Calradian Empire. Hundred\'s of bodies lay scatter around the fields surrounding Ibdeles. It was left to only 2 Rhodok Lords to try and defend Ibdeles Castle.
