Unlock Neo's Power! Mr. Anderson Matrix Mod in Mortal Kombat 1
Mod over Johnny Cage Default.
Installation:
1. Install MK12TTH to enable loading unsigned packages.
2. Create a folder called LogicMods inside of the game's Paks folder, located at <your steam library>\steamapps\common\Mortal Kombat 1\MK12\Content\Paks.
3. Unzip the downloaded archive from the Files tab and add its files to the LogicMods folder created in the previous step.
4. Edit the game's Engine.ini, located at %localappdata%\MK12\Saved\<your platform>\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Engine.ini (where <your platform> is Steam or EOS depending on where you purchased MK1), adding the following lines to the bottom:
