Today for Morrowind Modding Showcases, we're taking a look at the newly released Heart of the Velothi - Gnisis Overhaul, part of a larger project to overhaul the lands of Vvardenfell using the game's original conceptual ideas & visions to craft a more vibrant and alien world. 

The first (technically second) release of Heart of the Velothi is focusing on the city of Gnisis, which has been completely overhauled from top to bottom, using the original concept art by Bethesda as a guide to redesign this famed egg-mining city. Almost nothing from the vanilla version of Gnisis has been left untouched, with Heart of the Velothi completely transforming the temple complex, changing out the Imperial barracks and the local tradehouse for Velothi buildings, expanding the silt strider port and the cliffside cave dwellings, as well as just completely transforming the landscape around Gnisis. There's plenty of new content for you to find here as well, with a new market, a new quest, and just tons of new details added to the city.

This is an incredibly beautiful and unique overhaul mod, and without question the best overhaul available for Gnisis, and it's certainly worth checking out for yourself!
