For today's 2019 Modathon showcase video, we're taking a look at Balmora Slum House by Lucevar, one of about half-a-dozen Balmora house mods to be released during this year's Modathon modding competition. Unlike most of those other player homes, however, this one comes with three different locations for you to choose from, to best avoid those ever-present pesky Balmora mod conflicts. Whichever version you choose, you'll find a very small, but rather cozy little home to call your own, complete with all the storage a starting character could need. If you're in the market for a nice starter home in Balmora, you might want to give this one a try.
