The main feature of the v2 update of The Guar Whisperer is guar riding! Look where you want your guar to go and press "W", and it will head there while you ride along in comfort. You can look around, interact with NPCs, fight enemies, even play the lute or go fishing. The command menu is always available when riding your guar, just press the hotkey and select the context-dependent command, and you can have your guar harvest plants or charm NPCs without needing to dismount. Something on the ground you can't reach? Get your guar to fetch it for you!

You can also access your guar's inventory while riding, using shift+activate, or take a wood axe or firewood directly from the pack by activating them.

    oh HECK yes, I've been dreaming of a guar whisperer update, it's looking great so far! I see that toy balls can be crafted now but couldn't read the small text, will other guar-related items like the flute or pack be craftable too? :D

      That's awesome, great work! I love being as self-sufficient as possible, the less I need to depend on merchants the better, especially for my ashlander-flavored playthroughs. :^) On a much less important note, will there be any option to sell guars? I've always liked leveling them up and breeding a whole herd of them but then I realize I don't really have anything to do with the spares except kill them for hides, haha.

      Riding a guar and leading a whole herd across the grazelands sounds like so much fun, I'm super excited!
