I've left Fort Frostmoth in search of missing Captain Carius, as well as to investigate a couple of other issues, including a missing Imperial Cult missionary who hasn't been seen in three weeks. So I've come to the Nords to see if I can get any answers from them. This isn't the village, Skaal, where I was originally tasked to go to, but Thirsk is on the way, and I decide to see what it is like here first.
