Downloads Slow
The downloads on the file server have been a bit slow lately. I wasn't aware of the problem and only got wise to the situation when someone informed me but, after close inspection, it seems a russian user was deliberately leeching the bandwidth off the same file on the site in order to saturate the connection on the server, slowing it down for everyone.
Certain measures have been taken to stop this from happening in the future and, now that I'm wise to it, I'll hopefully monitor the situation a bit more closely over the coming weeks.

I am unable to open any pages past the http://www.tessource.net/ page using a normal connection. If, however, I use an Vidalia onion router to simulate a connection from Location:

I am able to get to my content page but I am still not permitted to update my mods.
I am hoping I am not being blocked for some specific reason and that this is only a temporary problem.
As far as I know I have not broken any rules that would warrent my being denied access. If this is not the case let me know.

If you're getting errors, what errors? Copy and paste the errors in.
What pages are you trying to access?
What is the current time of the problems?
Please, for the love of all that is good, help me out and don't just give me general info. Specifics people.
