Tamriel Rebuilt 19.12 required.
Probably this mod will not be upgraded to new versions of TR any more, if you can run MWSE-Lua I suggest you use the new Water Sound mod instead
Replaces most TR static water meshes with activators emulating water splashing sounds.
Pros: works with Dongle's meshes without needing special redone lava-like collision meshes,
it is easy to update if needed replacing TR_water_XXX statics with TR_water_XXXA activators.
Cons: may eat 1 FPS, there may be rare misplaced water sounds.
Anyway, enjoy and feel free to use as you like
