Changes races so that their only difference is resistances, with an additional fun thing for the Khajiit and Argonians, as recompense for not being able to wear boots. Changes birthsigns to give either a +5 attribute bonus, or a +10 skill bonus. All race/birthsign powers and spells are removed.
