LessWeather is designed for lower-end systems that struggle to maintain a playable framerate particularly during adverse weather. All towns and cities where systems are already challenged to create the abundant statics found therein have their adverse weather replaced with mild weather. At the player's option, severe weather in the wilderness and particularly Red Mountain can be disabled temporarily and repeatedly. LessWeather is not intended to make the weather seem more realistic. In fact just the opposite may be true, but it is hoped that the rationales for the weather manipulation seems plausible in the context of Tamriel lore.
