I have fixed the problems of the neck and limbs disappearing in my skeleton race mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/46370 and fixed skeleton hostility to a fellow skeleton. and uses the vanilla mesh.
With this mod I've created Brittles the Bonehead. He is the best skeleton ever to have uh.... died, probably. But people don't like to talk to him because he refuses to wear pants.
Ok c: I was exited when I saw there was a playable skeleton for morrowind. I use the oblivion one and I wanted to play the same race in morrowind. Do you know if there is one for morrowind?
Not sure which category you were in when you stumbled across this mod but if you look at the dates of the previous comments you'll see they're all pretty old. Not long ago when the Nexus was making changes to the sites a number of mods lost some or all of their files in the move to the new pages. Perhaps this mod was one of those. I reported the problem to the site administrators, and heard back from them acknowledging the problem but never did hear if there was any way to recover the lost files. Where I could I contacted mod authors and they were able to re-upload their missing files. Judging from this mod's comments the mod author has never posted a reply to any comment.
When I was looking for this mod in the Oblivion Nexus Races, Classes and Birthsigns category I ran across Playable Skeleton, but I see from your comment on Oct 14/12 you know about it.
