Yet another mod that adds 3 simple player homes in Sadrith Mora, Ald'Ruhn, and Balmora. Made with BCOM compatibility in mind.

Another one.
I've been searching Nexus for simple player home options, and while there are some nice ones out there, they either had some minor issues for me, or they were incompatible with BCOM, which i use.
So, i decided to stop procrastinating for a while and make one of my own. :)
Details.
There are three player houses in total. One in each major Great House settlement.
The houses are not free. In fact, you can't even enter one without buying it first.
If you wish to buy one, just activate the door and the message will appear, asking whether or not you would like to make the purchase. Afterwards, you can enter and leave as you please. (I sure hope i didn't mess up any scripts!)
All houses have some basic furniture, a few containers for your loot, and a bed, but lack minor decorations, such as lanterns, cutlery and so on: you'll have to buy and place those yourself!

Sadrith Mora Waterside Pod - 5250 g.
Ald'Ruhn Backstreet Hut - 6000 g.
Balmora Templewatch Tower - 7500 g.
