Adds a new location: Colligo's Mansion - a new museum of artifacts in Mournhold.

A new museum of artifacts for any artifact collector character. Enter "Mournhold, Godsreach" and get close to the courier to get access to the museum.
Features:
Colligo Mansion - An otherworldly building comprised of:
Lobby - Your pathway back to Mournhold.
Guest Room - The noble, Colligo resides here. He will compensate you for every 15 artifacts you bring with unique rewards.
Museum - Place for all your artifacts.
You can automatically place any artifacts you have by activating the display tables.
There are spaces for all 76 artifacts (30 weapons, 16 armor pieces, 27 clothing items and 3 others).
There is a logbook present which counts the amount and combined value of all artifacts.
You will receive monthly payments that depend on the amount of artifacts you collected.
You can withdraw them from the logbook
Living Quarters - A place for you to relax or store your items in.
Bedroom - A place for you to rest.
Laboratory - Location with various objects relating to transmuting or cloning artifacts:
Shrine of the Blue Devil - Allows you to convert Goldbrand into Eltonbrand and vice versa if you have 11171 gold in your inventory.
Shrine of Hunter's Aspects - Let's you redo the fight against an aspect of Hircine and therefore exchange the possible rewards.
Dwemer Gauntlet Artificer - Can turn a right hand Wraithguard into the left hand (Jury-rigged) Wraithguard or vice versa.
Replicator - Allows you to make an unenchanted cloned version of any artifact for half of it's value in gold.
