About this mod
Improves the "rules" topic for factions. Now you only write it in your journal if you are a member of the guild. If you are not a member the text will now accordingly be prestented as if you are not a part of the guild.

Previously the rules topic would always treat you as part of the guild and and would make the rules written to your journal.
Now, if you are not a member, the topic will be presented as if speaking to an outsider and will only write the rules in your journal if you are a member.
Some additional stuff: Thieves Guild members will not disclose the rules if you are not a member (just like asking for their backgrounds already does), Blades members won't tell you their rules unless you are a Blade, Caius will add the rules to your journal as he previously did not, fixed a typo in the Hlaalu rules.
