Summary
This mod adds 8 new small(ish) player homes, costing from 2000 to 10000 gold, which are designed to blend in with the vanilla cities. "Latest Rumors" or "little advice" in the relevant cities will generally give you the topic "buy a house" and point you to the person who sells it. All houses have a script-locked door which will require the key to be in the inventory whenever you are entering the home. Additional keys can be found through the topic "lost my key", generally for a small fee.
The houses are:
Fisherman's Rest - Seyda Neen - 2000 gold
Ash-Mask Hut - Gnisis - 4000 gold
Salt-Wind Farmhouse - Vos - 4500 gold
Twin Moons Cottage - Balmora - 5000 gold
Amanita Pod - Sadrith Mora - 5000 gold for members of House Telvanni, 7500 gold otherwise
Canalside - Suran - 6000 gold
St. Rilms Rest - Vivec, Foreign Quarter - 7500 gold
Ash-hearth House - Ald-ruhn - 10000 gold
Compatibility: This mod was made for the cities in vanilla Morrowind, and major city overhaul mods are likely to cause problems.
