Summary With much higher enchant values for all staves and robes, now you too can play a wizard with robes glittering with enchantments and staves slinging massive fireballs. Even the low level staves and robes have much higher enchant values, and the highest quality ones have probably more than anyone will ever need.
The base mod has the increase for all the vanilla unenchanted staves and robes, and the Tamriel Data add-on has the same for all the Tamriel Data ones, as well as an increase for the specific Tamriel Data wizard hats.
