As with the Reconstruction Set - Caldera, I filled the vanilla town with some atmospheric things that have suppose to give the illusion of a bigger, more alive town: with narrow "streets" and things like that.
But with the same square space.
So I added a couple of decorative buildings without interior, made the streets more compactly, added a few new commoners, droped some garbage here and there, etc.
Used only vanilla Morrowind.esm assets.
Drag & drop the .esp file into Data Files folder.
