The mod adds a few details to Balur's farmhouse on Ascadian Isles. Baskets with harvested crops, a workbench for processing marshmerrow, a boat and a fishing rod, etc. So the place looks more like a farm on the lake. The house was made a bit smaller tu suit its status.

Copy *.esp to Data Files, enable in launcher.
