Originally, Vodunius Nuccius was a good Samaritan quest with no real reward. Which is not a bad thing, and also not at all a problem. However, one thing I see when watching challenge runners and other YouTube videos, along with my own play experience, is that everyone tends to do a lot of mages guild content just to get 3 travel amulets, Recall from teleporting to Caldera, and the 2 interventions from Edwinna Elbert. This is fine... except that not everyone is a mage, and the early mages guild grind is pretty annoying if you're not going to make use of cheaper spells and magic training.
So, I submit this. Vodunius needs a lot of money, to pay a smuggler to get him past Morrowind's quarantine against the Blight. Long story short, pay him 1000 gold to get not just his ring, but all 4 travel amulets, Mark, Recall, and both interventions. About double what the items are worth, but getting 1000 gold in Seyda Neen is quite easy, so it's convenient.
This mod changes only the conversation topic Vodunius Nuccius, which is only relevant to the Seyda Need Silt Strider, and the man himself. Also, bringing up Vodunius Nuccius now actually increase the disposition of the service provider, like is implied in the dialogue.
