Turn the base Reflect abilities on certain monsters into Spell Absorption, so casting magic doesn't boil down to "Use Absorb Health or die."

There are two Reflect passives in Morrowind, which get applied as permanent effects, making it incredibly unwise to use any damage you aren't outright immune to in spellcasting or enchanting, except for Absorb Health, which is simply always the best choice.
The two passive are changed from 20% and 60% Reflect into 30% and 70% Spell Absorption. Most of the enemies with these passive use magic themselves, so the reasoning is that casting spells at them is still dangerous, but not an instantaneous, unfair damage reflection that you would otherwise not know is present outside of deep game knowledge. Instead it gives them more fuel for their own abilities. It seems reasonably balanced to me.
I have many other changes in mind to help balance the game, but I felt this one is such a common and reasonable complaint it deserved its own, tiny mod to address.
To install: Simple add it to your data files and enable! Same in OpenMW, just make sure the mod is in a directory OpenMW is reading from.
