About this mod
This is the abode of Borean Knight, known also as Guerric White Hands, in mainland Morrowind. This house mod has been made specifically for Borean Knight, hence the name. I hope you enjoy it, Alec :-) If you are not Alec, check him out on youtube (Borean Knight and Borean Plays)

Scenic location overlooking lake Andaram. The house is fairly spacious, with a large sitting room furnished with shelves for individual decoration, bedroom with plenty of room for clothing storage and an attic, designed for amateur alchemists and enchanters. In the cellar you can find loads of storage and a small forge with a table for display. The garden is especially pleasant during the dawn, with scenic vies over the lake and to Aimrah. Following the lighting ropes, you will get to the small bench on a perfect spot for greeting the rising sun. You can also admire the sunsets from the rooftop, enjoying the evening cup of tea.
There is also a very special ring on a coffee table in the sitting room.
This is a BETA version, I am super concerned that something could go wrong with the file, so please feel free to report any bugs. This mod obviously uses all the mods required for Tamriel Rebuit with all the assets (Tamriel Data, OOAB).
I have been modding for 20 years, but this is my first upload, all previous mods were for me only, so I am really a newbie here. I would very much appreciate going easy on me :-)
