About:
Grandfather Frost was about to give you your holiday present, but tripped and fell over his own two feet! It's up to you to deliver his few remaining presents and save the holidays.

If you haven't completed the Old Ebonheart Thieves Guild, there's an additional present to deliver (for a total of 4).

  • How do I find Grandfather Frost?
Sleep in a bed. Similar to DB attacks.

  • Is this lore-friendly?
As much as it can be. Grandfather Frost was an unused vanilla NPC, but holiday traditions are a bit murky in Tamriel. I'm going to say it some kind of Christmas tradition exists because that's funnier.
  • Does this only occur on the in-game Christmas Day?
No. I didn't want to make it hard to experience. For best results play on December 24th in real life.
If you want to be 'lore accurate' run these commands in the console:
Set Day to 24
Set Month to 11
  • Is there a time limit?
No. Wearing the hat will freeze time to that day, but it's just for flavor.
  • How do I beat [Redacted]
Use the Candy Cane
  • I've delivered the presents. Where is Grandfather Frost?
Where you left him.
  • Where is the guy in Nivalis?
Ask around town.
