un-nerfs Bartolomeus' Signet Ring to it's old stats allowing an option for magicka regeneration as an Atronach.

Super useful for Atronachs!! I took issue with the conclusion of this thread, Bartolomaeus' Signet Ring should be nerfed | Tamriel Rebuilt because it removes the only non weapon CE magicka restore item in the game. You could say thats overpowered but isnt that the point of collecting powerful gear from across the lands? The quest required to get the ring is fun and a lot more worth doing with the stats restored.
