Dyvalas' Divine Tapestries
New HD textures for the tapestries of the Nine Divines.
This mod adds brand-new tapestries, replacing the eight dedicated to the Divines pantheon.
I've always been bothered that the original textures were so dark, with poor contrast and the emblems were undiscernible.
So I completely remade them from scratch, giving them a more colorful aspect, and with more easily recognizable emblems.
The general look is a bit different and distinctive from the vanilla textures, but the reasoning here is that these tapestries are used to celebrate the Divines and serve a similar purpose as stained glass, in example, so it made sense to make them slightly more vibrant.
They don't stand out too much in my opinion, and blend nicely in the environment.
Also, I'm not really an artist, I started with vector graphics and they look a little sharper than I expected, especially the emblems. But being them the result of Imperial craft, it can be expected to have a little more refined craftmanship than the native Dunmer ones.
The package only contains eight textures, so it should be compatible with everything that is not directly editing them.
Installation
Nothing fancy here, simply copy the texture folder into your game installation, either manually or with the mod managing tool of your choice.
